Past and Present Memorials in Memory of Andy

Picture
These memorial donations began immediately following Andy's death, and continue today.

Countless memorials were made in his name to benefit Lethal White Australian Shepherds through groups such as Aussie Lads Rescue Group - to which Andy belonged.

LWARC (Lethal White Australian Shepherds Carolinas) was founded by his mom in his name to further educate the public on the genetic error that leaves many of these pups with blindness and/or deafness.

LWARC members also work to rescue, transport, foster and adopt 'Lethal Whites' in the effort to save the lives of so many otherwise culled puppies. LWARC now has two websites (including a newly created inter-active board) and well over one hundred members representing areas throughout the United States.

Andy's  Foundation focuses emphasis on public education, specifically in the area of fine arts in the middle school and high school orchestra programs of the Beaufort Independent School District  in Beaufort, South Carolina.  Specific attention will be placed on those students whose situations may preclude the ability to afford a stringed instrument.

In Andy's name and for his 25th Birthday, 'presents' went toward building Andy's Sanctuary at Our Lady of Mercy Catnip Cottage

For Andy's 29th birthday, we asked for memorial donations to Camden County Animal Shelter in Blackwood NJ.

Your gifts made the 2nd hardest day of the year a REAL CELEBRATION, and Andy's mom cannot thank you enough!

As part of Andy's Christmas of 2005, his family and friends donated just over $100 toward the Macon County Animal Shelter in November - December.

Every dollar donated was matched by Mason County area businesses. Those donations were made in the name and memory of Andy as a 'Christmas Miracle Donation'.

In 2007, Andy's 27th Birthday Memorials were made to Jacksonville Humane Society's shelter rebuilding fund after their devastating fire. For Andy's 28th Birthday, we asked for your kindness again, for a wonderful, heartwarming and inspirational cause.

And in Honor of Andy's 4th Heaven Date, we asked you again to remember him at www.MaranathaFarm.org

For Andy's 29th birthday, we asked you to thank Camden County Animal Shelter in Blackwood NJ, who rescued and moved Heaven & Earth for a tiny senior border collie who was hit by a car, suffered neurological damage, was unable to stand or walk, and searched for a home for this boy to spend what was left of his life with a real family.

That family was found right here at Crittersville, and AngelTillman has made an almost full recovery and his life and prospects are EXCELLENT!

Thank you doesn't begin to express his gratitude and my own for all that CCAS did for this boy.

A Heartfelt Thank You
